Welcome to TriggrHub.ai (“TriggrHub”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at https://triggrhub.ai, our web application at https://app.triggrhub.ai, and any related services, features, or content (together, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Use of the Service

You may use TriggrHub only for lawful, authorised, and intended purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any aspect of the platform

  • Interfere with or disrupt servers or networks connected to the Service

  • Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or unauthorised data scraping

  • Resell or sublicense any part of the platform without our written consent

  • Upload content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features may require payment. Subscription details are disclosed at the time of purchase.

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard. No refunds are offered for partial billing periods.

  • Failure to Pay: We may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.

Payments are securely processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayFast).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on TriggrHub (excluding your data) is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your uploaded or generated content. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and display this content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

6. User Content & Data Use

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and compliance of your content. We do not monitor or moderate user data unless required by law or terms enforcement.

We may analyse usage patterns and aggregate, anonymise your data for:

  • Service improvement

  • Security

  • Business analytics

Data usage is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability & Support

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, upgrades, and external factors may result in downtime. Support is provided on a best-effort basis via nic@wearetriggr.com.

8. Third-Party Services

TriggrHub may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Google Calendar, HubSpot). These services are governed by their respective terms. We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party providers.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You breach these Terms

  • Your account is inactive for more than 24 months

  • We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but we may retain certain data as required by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TriggrHub is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We make no warranties, express or implied, including:

  • That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

  • That the data or results generated will be accurate or reliable

  • That bugs or security vulnerabilities will be resolved within a specific timeframe

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Data loss, system failure, or inability to access the Service

  • Claims exceeding the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the incident

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TriggrHub and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Your use of the Service

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Infringement of third-party rights

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cape Town, South Africa, unless otherwise required by local laws.

14. Compliance with Local Laws

You are responsible for complying with local laws applicable to your use of the Service, including data privacy, export restrictions, and intellectual property.
